2021
The problem becomes undeniable
Our founders spent years in e-commerce operations and kept hitting the same wall: Shopify's analytics told you what happened, never what was about to happen. They started building a prototype to change that.
2022
First beta with 12 Shopify stores
We ran a closed beta with twelve independent brands across skincare, apparel, and food. The signal engine identified 340 at-risk customers in the first month. Brands that acted on the alerts saw a 71% recovery rate.
2023
Seed round & product expansion
Raised a seed round from leading e-commerce and SaaS investors. Used the funding to build CRM Intelligence, the Shopping Co-Pilot, and WhatsApp Commerce — expanding from churn detection to full-stack retention.
2024
Workflow Automation launches. 200+ brands.
Added the no-code Workflow Builder, enabling brands to deploy lifecycle automation without developers. Crossed 200 active stores, with customers collectively recovering over $4M in customer lifetime value.
